Green Kissing Gourami Helostoma Temminckii – 5cm. Overview: The Green Kissing Gourami is a hardy and long-lived freshwater fish named for its unique “kissing” behavior —a display where two fish press their mouths together, which can be gentle interaction or mild territorial sparring. This variety has a soft greenish-silver body and a peaceful yet active presence, making it a popular choice for larger community aquariums. Origin: Native to Southeast Asia , particularly Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia , where it inhabits slow-moving rivers, floodplains, and swampy areas with abundant vegetation. Feeding: Omnivorous with a preference for plant matter. Will accept flakes, pellets, and algae wafers , as well as vegetables such as blanched spinach, lettuce, and zucchini. Supplement with occasional frozen or live foods like brine shrimp and bl. Source: Sims Tropical Fish. Please confirm current availability, size, price, delivery and collection terms with the seller.
