Description
Red Peacock Cichlid - M - 2" to 2.5". The Red Peacock Cichlid comes from years of breeding and is not a naturally occurring strain. It is red in coloration and has the same form as the other Peacock Cichlids of the same family. The male displays the typical egg spots on the anal fin and is typically more colorful than the female, especially during breeding. The Red Peacock Cichlid does well in an aquarium that is at least 50 gallons with plenty of rocks for territories and a sandy bottom.
